Our Moka Blend is built for the stovetop ritual — bold, aromatic coffee that’s rich without being harsh. A carefully crafted mix of washed Nagaland Arabica for clarity, naturals for fruit sweetness, and Robusta for crema and chocolate depth, this blend is roasted to a true medium.

Why medium roast? Because it’s the sweet spot — hot enough to develop caramel, nut, and chocolate notes, yet light enough to preserve acidity, fruit, and complexity. It’s the roast that gives you a balanced, smooth moka pot brew that doesn’t tip into bitterness.
