Brewed Awakening is a coffee company built at origin.

We work directly with small growers in Nagaland, Arunachal and Araku, process coffee ourselves, and roast in controlled small batches to deliver clean, structured cups.

Processing is where coffee is shaped.

We operate at origin, handling natural, washed, and experimental processes with precision. From cherry selection to drying, every step is controlled to bring out distinct flavor profiles. To deliver traceable, ethically sourced coffee to empower farmers and delight roasters.

Every lot is meticulously selected, processed, and quality-checked to meet the highest standards expected by specialty coffee professionals. Lots are bulked on the basis of professional 3rd party cupping scores.
