Our Espresso Blend is crafted with one goal: a balanced, crema-rich espresso that works just as beautifully straight as it does in milk drinks. With 80% washed Naga Arabica forming the smooth, structured base and 20% robust Arunachal Robusta adding body, crema, and chocolate intensity, this blend strikes the sweet spot between strength and elegance.

Roasted to a medium plus, it develops caramel sweetness, chocolate depth, and roasted nut warmth without losing liveliness. It’s bold, smooth, and consistent — a café-style espresso built for daily enjoyment.

💡 Note to customers: If you’d like a dark roast version, please specify at checkout. Otherwise, our medium plus roast is recommended — it’s balanced, versatile, and worth experiencing as is.

  • Who it’s for: Coffee lovers who crave a true espresso experience — bold, crema-rich, and versatile enough for both straight shots and milk drinks.

  • Best Brewing (tips): Use fresh, filtered water and pre-warm your cup. Pull at a 1:2 ratio (25–30 sec) for balance. For milk drinks, pair with microfoamed milk to bring out caramel sweetness.

The 80:20 ratio is the classic espresso backbone:

  • Arabica (80%) delivers clarity, sweetness, and a structured base.

  • Robusta (20%) brings rich crema, stronger body, and chocolate bitterness for balance.

This combination makes the blend versatile — excellent as a straight espresso, but also strong enough to cut through milk for cappuccinos and lattes. Medium plus roast ensures depth without harshness.

  • Espresso Machine (Classic Shot): 18 g in → 36 g out → 25–30 sec. Use fresh, filtered water for a smoother cup.

  • Doppio Hack: For a stronger kick, run a slightly longer extraction (1:2.5 ratio) for denser body without bitterness.

  • Cappuccino Tip: Stretch milk to microfoam, not froth — espresso sweetness comes alive with fine-textured milk.

  • Latte Hack: Pull a slightly shorter shot (ristretto style) for richer chocolate tones before adding milk.

  • Iced Espresso: Brew double shots directly over ice; top with soda water for a refreshing “Espresso Tonic.”
