Overview
From the untouched forests of Arunachal Pradesh, this Robusta represents a story of both nature and people. Harvested between Dec–Feb 2025, it is the result of a unique partnership: our collaboration with a village community, who harvest ripe robusta from fields whose boundaries touch forests, that are home to herds of elephants. The harvest involves equal care for harvesting and safety, so that coffee and conservation goes hand in hand. We also worked with them providing value addition in post harvest practices.
The result is a natural-processed Robusta thats 100% organic, thats is bolder than its Arabica cousins, yet full of character — nutty, spiced, and chocolate-toned, capturing the untamed essence of the forests it grows in.
